I want to start this off by saying your games are amazing. I can only imagine the time and effort you put into each of these Mass Effect games; all of which not only have the most creative and imaginative story lines and plot twists, but also the most depth and soul.
Playing through each of these games, I was drawn into the universe you created. Many times it was a light in my life when my day, week, or month had been going horribly. I found comfort in the characters you created. That is the beauty of your story telling and I cannot thank each and every one of you enough for that.
